AcuPower LTD uses meeting information to arrange and manage appointments.

This includes your name, e-mail address, answers to booking questions and time zone. Calendar access lets a host check availability and create or update the meeting in their calendar.

Booking records are retained indefinitely. Client IP addresses are removed after 90 days; audit records are retained for two years.
